A dedicated website helpdesk is available to support RugbyFirst Users. The helpdesk will be operational on the following days and times;
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00

Over the months, as well as the e-Learning which can be found on the left-hand menu of every club on RugbyFirst and is a very extensive and comprehensive application, we have also produced a number of different User Guides, these can be viewed by selecting the links below;

RugbyFirst is designed to work in a number of different browsers. Due to the new functionality availible within the latest browsers we recommend using the latest versions of either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, both these browsers are free to download and the links to both of these can be found below:
