Company Notice
At the Board Meeting held at the Company Offices on Monday January 11th 2010. The Board authorised an additional Director under Article 47 (1V) of the Companies Memorandum.
Mr. Steve Lamswood has been appointed a Director of the Company. This appointment will be subject to ratification or election at the next A.G.M.
At the same time your Board conducted a reorganisation of the duties of the Board.
Mr Roger Watson will be responsible for Grants and Funding and will hold a seat on the QPSC.
Mr Garry Redman will assume the Commercial Directors Role.
Mr Steve Lamswood will assume the Facilities Director Role.
Mr Dean Farrell will hold the seat on the QPSC.
Mr. Mick Clare will hold the position of Financial Liaison with the QPSC.
The Company is now up to its permitted number of Directors of 12 under Article 46 of the Memorandum.
