Social Events (How to book the Club)
Licensed facilities are available for parties of up
to 140 persons for Weddings,
Engagement, Birthday parties for 18 year
old upwards, Christenings ( Sundays
included ), Graduation Parties, Funeral Wakes,
Bachelor / Hen Party Nites arranged.
Conditions of Booking
:
- A deposit of £25.00 is required for all
bookings.
- The deposit will be refunded save for
Christenings on a Sunday on the basis that :
a ) No damage has occurred to the club
premises or fittings.
b ) All bread trays etc. have been removed
from the club premises after the event.
c ) Admission to 18 birthday parties to be
by ticket only. Tickets to be
supplied by the applicant
and family adults must be in
attendance.
d ) Admission to graduation parties to be by
ticket only. Tickets to be supplied
by the applicant.
e ) The licence laws re underage drinking to
be strictly observed for all social events, anyone found
exploiting
the laws will be removed from the club premises.
f ) Drinks are not permitted to be
taken outside the club premises.
g ) Deposits will not be returned should the
event be cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
Facilities Available
:
The club can
supply buffet meals at very competitive prices, and set meals for parties of up to 100
persons for which 4 weeks notice is required.
Should
applicants wish to consider self catering,
full kitchen facilities are available.
The club has a
resident disco who caters for all age groups - a price will be quoted on
application.
