Meet the Committee Management Structure Since the Incorporation of the club in 2002, it is managed by three Officers, the President, Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer who are appointed each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Supported by a General Committee also elected at the AGM, from which the Chairman of the Committee, Honorary Fixture Secretary, Chairman of Rugby, Team Secretary, Registration Officer, IT / Publicity Officer, and Chairman of House, Youth and Social Committees are elected/re-elected at the first meeting of the General Committee after the AGM.
