Membership Bulk Upload
The following link (Upload Template) provides access to the bulk upload template spreadsheet that you will need to populate as part of the upload process. It is essential that the template headings are not altered in anyway, and the First Name, Last Name, DOB (DD/MM/YYYY), Gender (Male/Female - In Full) and Country (In Full) fields are mandatory. The process will not work and will be returned if these fields are left blank or completed incorrectly.
Please be aware that due to a recent tightening in the procedures around youth player registration, it is no longer possible to utilise the bulk upload tool to upload youth registered players. All players must be registered in the normal way.
If you have an immediate requirement to upload information, please complete, populate and save a copy of the template file. Return it to rugbyfirstsupport@therfu.com stating both your name and your club/organisation details.
The upload facility is designed to upload membership information. Due to the regulations it does not encompass the Adult Player Registration module or the Youth Player Registration module. Where appropriate, individuals will still need to be registered individually to play.
