The Rugby Football Union are pleased to announce new functionality to the system that allows Clubs and CBs to upload league information to their sites.
In order to create a link to a league, select the webpage where you wish to display the link or create a new page. Select Edit from the top right of the page. Type in the name of the League you wish to be displayed and subsequetly linked to e.g. Surrey League 1, National League One.
Once you have typed the league name, highlight it and select insert/edit link from the menu bar a the top of the screen and a new window will appear.
Input the standard URL http://clubs.rfu.com/Gateway/CompetitionDetail.aspx?GroupID= tfollowed by the group id that will define the league you wish to display (the group id can be found in the 'Find Your League' link below) the group id needs to be inserted at the end of the above link, after the =
Once you have created the URL, select target from the tab bar.

From the "target" drop down box ensure that you select the option "popup window" and also ensure the Resizeable and Scroll Bars options are ticked in the features. Outline the size of the window, roughly 850 Width and 650 Height will be sufficent. and Select ok.
The league you entered on your page will now be active and linked to the neccessary league page. Click on the league name to open the new window that will display the current league standings and all upcoming fixtures.
