Wath R.U.F.C Junior section
Wath R.U.F.C have always had a strong junior section but in recent years it has been stronger than ever. Many players from Wath have reached District, County, North of England and England under 19 level. Some of those players including Steve Wesson, Steve Mason and Martin Bray. The junior section regularly fields 3 teams and also puts out an Under 12's and Under 15's team when enough players are available. We are always looking for new players, anyone interested should contact Lee Bird on 07917232353 for details on training schedules.
Congratulations to Josh Bird, Aiden Barratt and Adam Sixsmith. Josh and Aiden have been selected into the South Yorkshire Under 15's 25 man squad. They will be taking part in the inter-district festival in November 2007 against other Yorkshire districts. Adam has been selected into the 50 man development squad and shows true potential. All three lads play for the Under 16's team at Wath.
