Welcome to Warrington RUFC
Warrington Rugby Union Football Club plays its first team rugby in the South Lancashire/Cheshire 1 league. We also operate strong 2nd ,3rd XVs, who play in their own dedicated leagues. Our colts set up and mini and junior rugby sections are among the best in the area.
The club is growing exponentially and in line with the robust and ambitious development plans agreed by the club executive, general committee and the RFU. Coaching and equipment is of a very high standard and all the club's 30 plus coaches are RFU-qualified. Combined with the RFU to fund a full time development officer who works within the local community coaching and promoting the sport of rugby union.
Our aim is to provide top class rugby opportunities to players and spectators alike. We can boast playing surfaces, which are amongst the best in the North of England and our well-appointed club house offers superb catering and hospitality facilities.
Our playing and training schedule is as follows:
Tuesday: 7.00 pm till 9.00 pm - Senior/Colt training
Wednesday: 6.30 pm till 8.00 pm - Junior training
Thursday: 7.00 pm till 9.00 pm - Senior/Colt training
Friday: County and representative squad sessions.
Saturday: PM - Senior home fixtures
Sunday: AM - Mini & junior home fixtures and training
PM - Colts fixtures
