Tonbridge Juddians RFC are seeking to appoint a Head Coach to lead the 2008/9 league campaign
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of coaching at first/second team level to include individual and team development and the development of team strategy
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a coach at senior level, be a positive, effective communicator with strong leadership skills and a clear vision of what is required to develop an effective team able to win promotion within the current league structure
