Devon Hit Back with Victory (Express & Echo 09-11-06)
Devon U18's made up for defeat against Gloucestershire by beating Somerset las weekend. Coach Keith Flemming was impressed with the way the side played despiste going down 20-15 to Glos at Newquay. And they carried that on as they recorded a 24-7 triumph against Somerset in Gloucestershire. The second round of matches were played at Hartpury College and Devon came out on top in their clash. They still have to play Cornwall. Teignmouth's Luke Pattison made his debut in the match, joining clubmate Ed Wander.

Colts Receive County Call-Up (Herald Express - 26 Oct '06)
Teignmouth Colts stars Will Sowden and Eddie Wander have been called up to play for Devon at Bath University this weekend. The two 17-year-olds, Teignmouth's centre parternship, have both earned county call-ups having risen through the youth ranks at the club and impressed selectors. Outside centre Sowden is the in Devon U20s squad, while Wander is joining the U18's, and both will be hoping to see action as Devon take on the university side. The news is a hugh boost to Teignmouth, and particularly the Colts coach Graham Pattison, who has overseen the pairs' development for many years.
