A Shield competition will take place at the start of the season with the Winners progressing to the Plate Competition.
The Plate Competition then takes place mid - season.
Clubs are placed in the relevant competition based on League Position at the end of the 2010 / 11 season.
Fixtures can be played on a preceding Saturday or midweek under floodights before the scheduled fixture date if both sides agree and inform the Competition Organiser (Simon Lord simon.lord@defra.gsi.gov.uk 01284 811189). A link to the competition rules can be found on the Suffolk Cup Page.
