2. What if I have a question about the actual Laws of Rugby before this weekend’s game? Well the final authority is of course the IRB and details are at:

An easy site to navigate and lists all the laws of course, regulations and discussion.
3. What about a question concerning the regulations under which this weekend’s fixture will be governed by? Is it a Cup game at National or County level? In this case, you need the main site at http://www.rfu.com, which is then further subdivided as follows:

5. Of course our role may not entirely end with the final whistle and you may have experienced the necessity to flourish a yellow, red or even worse, been abused.
