Training
On 26 July Ravens brought in Nina Bishop to separate the boys from the men and put them all through their paces in preparation for the beginning of the season and the presidential shield games with a rugby circuit session.
Nina's goals for the training session were to increase fitness, stamina, agility and speed. As an experienced and qualified personal trainer Nina was able to accommodate all levels of fitness when giving instruction.
Training once a week is vital to helping you to achieve the best results as individuals and as a team during the course of the season.
Remember hould you know of anyone wishing to take up rugby or who already plays rugby and is looking to change clubs please bring them along.
