In all of the above, the key to developing the talent of boys involved is quick, accurate and positive verbal feedback. Boys and their club/school need information to effect both short term and long term development. From this feedback, the boys can be confident that the selectors and coaches are interested in his development both as an individual and as a team player. However, the most important factor is to offer constructive feedback.
