| NOTE: |
The new 'Schools or Rugby' arrangements allow for only four fixtures in the |
|
|
pre-Christmas programme. As a consequence, all sides will not play one |
|
|
of the six counties. The following games will not be played in 2007: |
|
|
1) Cheshire v Durham |
|
and |
|
|
|
2) Cumbria v Yorkshire |
|
3) Lancashire v Northumberland |
|
|
All matches are planned for a Sunday, unless in the case of the 21st October or 11th November weekends when the two counties may agree an alternative day and date. The two Festival occasions in 2007/08 take place on Sundays; are important selection days and Schools are requested to allow players involved in these county matches to concentrate on their Sunday performance without involvement in Saturday rugby.
