Senior Training starts on the 7th of July and is on Monday and Thursday from 7:30 till 9:30.
Youth training is on Wednesday from 6.30 till 8.00 and Sunday mornings.
U15 and U18 girls train from 7.00PM on Tuesdays and Sunday afternoons.
Mini training is on Sundays from 10.30 until 12.00 with the U11 and U12 teams also training from 6.30PM on Tuesdays.
