LONDON WASPS ACADEMY – MIDDLESEX SCHOOL OF RUGBY – CLUB MIDDLESEX
Middlesex County Management Committee has endorsed a new strategy for youth rugby in the County, to be introduced in season 2010/11, that will bring London Wasps Academy, Schools of Rugby and Club Middlesex closer together.
The new programme is designed to allow best practices to developing in the areas of playing, coaching and team management. Looking to the future we are hoping to include our most talented girl rugby players in the programme.
There will be a number of positions that require filling and anyone with a genuine interest in youth development are welcome to apply.
The programme sets out to achieve the following objectives –
· To allow young talented players access to a structured playing pathway
· To allow ambitious coaches to reach their potential through Continual Personal Development
· To allow team managers to develop in a structured framework
· To give all personnel involved the opportunity to work within a defined and disciplined structured programme which will allow personal development.
