The Leadership Academy is run in partnership with Sue Stockdale Ltd. The team supporting the programme are listed below.
Sue Stockdale: Sue’s career has spanned over twenty years in people development. She held a senior management role in Corporate Training and Development within a UK Utility and has helped hundreds of leaders and teams improve their performance in many different industry sectors mainly at senior management and board level. Sue uses 360° processes in her work as a coach and is qualified in Myers Briggs profiling. A successful polar adventurer and athlete, Sue was the first British woman to walk to the Magnetic North Pole and has represented Scotland in 3000m and cross country events. Sue’s advice has been published in numerous articles and she is author of Kickstart Your Motivation. Sue is based in Oxfordshire. Marc Braddock: Marc’s background is wide ranging across sectors as diverse as agriculture, biotechnology and training. Previously an Assistant Director at the University of Bath, he developed the highly successful Leadership and Management programme at the Oakfield Campus. Marc has a number of years of advanced training in Organisational Transactional Analysis (TA), coaching and Action Learning Set facilitation and is a keen athlete. He is currently completing his qualification in Myers-Briggs profiling. Marc is based near Taunton, Somerset. Keith Sharpe: Keith has coached Olympic sportsmen and women and is passionate about getting the best from his clients and is able to provide the insight, support, encouragement and guidance they need in order to achieve their goals. His qualifications complement his enthusiasm and talent for coaching. He has a post graduate qualification in Elite Performer Management, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and is a member of the Association for Coaching. He is currently completing his qualification in Myers-Briggs profiling. Keith is based in Shrivenham and London. Penny Crisfield: Penny is a former UK lacrosse coach and player, HE lecturer, sport psychologist, Assistant and Interim CEO and Head of Coach Education for the National Coaching Foundation (now Sportscoach UK). She works regularly with the Rugby Football Union and other sports governing bodies. She is a qualified MBTI practitioner and has a Diploma in Business Coaching and Mentoring. Penny was the initiator and director of a biennial international masterclass for coach education practitioners and researchers. Penny is based near Skipton, North Yorkshire.
