Mike Crookes to double up
With a significant change proposed at the Under 14s Age Grade in 2011/2012, Chairman of Junior Rugby, Steve Wood has agreed with Chairman of Selectors, Mike Crookes that he will double up and act as Team Manager, at least tempororarily.

Bad Weather Changes
The Under 14s age grade has been badly affected by the weather this year which has resulted in a number of cancelled fixtures. The final trial for the Under 14s was supposed to be this Wednesday (15th December, but by rearranging some dates we can catch up.
In view of the situation we have re-scheduled the programme as follows:
- Wed 15th December is now a normal fixture: Manchester v North Lancs, kick off 7.30pm.
- North Lancs v Merseyside will be played on Wed 12th January, kick off 7.30pm.
- We will now hold the final trial at Rochdale on Wednesday 19th January.
- The squad's Development Day will now be on Sunday 23rd January at Tarleton.
