With some clubs being suspended from thew competition and others choosing not to take part in the County Cup competitions, the Competitions Committee has taken the opportunity to refresh the Plate & Bowl structure.
All the clubs who are not eligible to play in the Lancashire Cup & Lancashire Trophy have been invited to play in the First Round competitions, the winners progressing to the Second Round Draw and the losing side progressing to the 'Alan Stone' Bowl competition on Second Round Day.
