Fixture Secretaries should not ignore the RFU's guidance which places the emphasis on players learning the game.
No matches should be scheduled during September.
With the RFU's Youth Structured Season now available, adapted for use in Lancashire, the theme of the evening will be to ensure that an appropriate number of quality training dates is included in clubs' diaries.
Mini Festival Cup
Given its improving popularity, Lancashire clubs' Mini Rugby competition: the Mini Festival Cup will be again played over three rounds in 2012/13.

The qualifying triangular fixtures in 2011/12 will be as follows:
Round 1 - to be played on or by 20th November 2011
Round 2 - to be played on or by 15th Jan 2012
Round 3 - to be played on or by 26th Feb
Finals Day (for the top 8 teams) - Sunday 15th April
