The home school is reponsible for phoning the Cup Results through to John Morgan (01254 686300), or by email.
It is important that the results are sent immediately; the task of co-ordinating the competition becomes very difficult if results have to be chased up.
The play by dates have been staggered over the two terms to help all schools to find the time to play the rounds. Please adhere to the play-by dates it is vitally important to keep the competition running smoothly.
It is the responsibility of both teams to make sure that the matches are played before the play by dates. It is also the Home teams’ responsibility to arrange for a neutral referee, if at all possible, whether society or otherwise. If a society or neutral referee is unavailable then the away team will provide the referee or for both teams to agree on the referee.
FINALLY - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE REMEMBER TO INFORM JOHN MORGAN OF THE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME!
