At the 2009 Annual General Meeting, and the Extraordinary General Meeting associated with it, members approved the incorporation of the County Rugby Union into a new company, "Lancashire County Rugby Football Union Limited".
The new company, registered at Companies House (Reg No: 06959820) is 'Limited by Guarantee', and is governed by the Articles and Memorandum of Association voted up at the meeting.
The Governance sub-committee, chaired by immediate Past President, Clif Barker continues to review and consider the arising from the new structure.
The day-to-day operation of the County will continue to be based on the Rules and Regulations, also to be reviewed by the sub-committee.
