The day to day business of the Lancashire County Rugby Football Union shall, subject hereinafter provided, be dealt with by an Executive Sub-Committee which may act in all matters of detail within the approved policies as set out in the Bye-Laws of the Lancashire County Rugby Football Union, in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the County Bye-Laws.
The Executive Sub-Committee shall have the following powers, namely:
a) To deal with all aspects of the County's affairs and to act upon the recommendations of any Sub- Committees.
b) To authorise expenditure including expenditure recommended by a Sub-Committee of the County.
c) To authorise the Officers of the County to act on its behalf on matters of immediate urgency.
d) To monitor, review and amend the County Strategic Plan as necessary.
