General Meetings are held at regular intervals during the year, at least four each year, consisting of the members of the Management Board and one elected representative of each Club and each Society of Referees in membership with the County Union, the two elected representatives of the individual Members, the Hon. Secretaries and two representatives of the Schools, Colts and Mini-Junior Sections.

In the unavoidable absence of the elected representative of the Club, Society, Individual Members, Schools and Colts and Mini-Junior Sections, such Club, Society, Individual Members, Schools and Colts and Mini-Junior Sections, may nominate in writing another representative for the meeting. Such representative must be a member of the Club or Society concerned, in the case of the Individual Members the representative must be a member of the County Union or, in the case of the Schools, Colts and Mini-Junior Sections, a member of the Committee.
