AIMS OF THE LANCASHIRE COMMUNITY TASK GROUP
|
a) Manage and co-ordinate the implementation of community rugby activities arising from the Blackman Action Initiatives.
b) Manage and co-ordinate the 'Value the Volunteer' programme.
c) Manage and co-ordinate the Club Development programme.

Successful series of Regional Meetings with Club Officers draws over 70 people representing 56 clubs.
Regional Meeting highlights:
- General Meetings should move around the county
- Improved communications, and improved methods of communicating
- Importance of succession planning
- The new Pathfinder initiative, and extra players finding teams to play in
- Club incorporation - important to consider on club-by-club basis
- Planning for development
