 At the recent North Division 18 Group meeting held at Aireborough RUFC in Leeds. Lancashire's 18 Group Team Secretary Howard Hughes was elected to the post of North 18 Group Team Manager.
Howard will continue in his role of Lancashire Team Secretary but his 18 Group Season will now continue through to the final England Selection Trial scheduled to be completed in January.
 It is an honour to be nominated and elected into the post and I hope to add something to the continued development of all the fine young players that we see not just for Lancashire but for all six counties in the North Division.
