Halton Rufc (ICI) the begining The club was formed in 1937 at ICI Recreation Club, Liverpool Road, Widnes which is now the Widnes Recreation Club and was called I.C.I R.U.F.C as the team was formed from people Working at Various Plants In And around Widnes & Runcorn . The attached photograph is of the first ICI team.
