Essex RFUW Forum/AGM

Rochford Rugby Club @7.30pm
As we have now fallen in line with the Essex RFU we shall be taking nominations for the following posts which will run from July 2011 for 2 years.
1 Chairperson
2 Secretary
3 Treasurer
Forms will be available on the night for you to collect.
The proposed format for the evening will be as follows
- Welcome/Introductions from the current committee (Paula Bates)
- Report on the seasons progress regarding the ladies and girls teams (Phil Robson)
- Finance update (Jeff Stembridge)
- Questions to the committee
- Coaches/Management staffing
- Open Forum
Please make every endeavour to attend, as it is in the best interests of the Ladies and girls game that we get as much feedback on the way the game has progressed over the past year (if it has) and on what you feel needs to be done to improve the club & county set up
