Essex Coaching Development Team
Throughout the 2010/2011 Rugby Season, coaching will be brought to the forefront of all the Essex Rugby Clubs by the ‘Essex Coaching Development Team’. A new restructured team will work along side the RFU coaching staff in coordinating, implementing and delivering not only the RFU restructured Coaching Qualification Process, Continuous Development Courses and Coaching Education Evenings to ensure every coach has the opportunity not only to develop and grow their knowledge base, but do this with the consideration of time management, cost and location of training.
Working with the RFU we will be offering a wide range of practical and theoretical courses, educational evenings and local Club Coaching Coordinator Seminars to support you and your coaching staff, with the aim to raise the standards of professional development in assessors, club coaching co-coordinators and coaches.
