Dorset&Wilts RFU Ltd Nomination Instructions 2008- 9
1. Check Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: A player is qualified to represent Dorset & Wilts RFU by residing,
or being born, or attending a school or playing club rugby in Dorset or Wilts.
Birth Date : U18s: Players must be born between 1 January 1991 and 1 January 1993.
(U17s, to be recruited in the autumn, will also follow January birthdate rule.)
For all other squads , players must be under the stated age
at midnight on 31st August, 2008

Note Nomination Limits for each squad.
U14 Boys Limit : up to 8 Nominations
U15 Boys Limit : up to 6 Nominations
For U14s and U15s the limits include previous School of Rugby and Representative Squad players
U16 Boys U18 Boys Limit : up to 3 Nominations in addition to those invited by DW
U15 Girls U18 Girls Unlimited
and Save As to your Computer
3. Complete the Nomination Form
Save Again
Click on email address given inside the form
and Return saved form as attachment by email
Label the subject bar of your email with Age of Squad, your Club or School, Boys or Girls
Eg: Subject : U15s Bradford on Avon Boys
Send a separate email and form for each squad
4. Deadlines for returns : 20th July 2008 All Boys squads except
28th September 2008 U14s Boys
8th September 2008 All Girls’ squads
Late nominations must obtain approval of the Head Coach of each squad before trials.

Each player to print off and take a copy signed by parent or guardian
to the first event listed for relevant age squad at: DWFullMatchDiary.
6. After the trials all players selected for Representative or District squads will be required
to complete RFU registration if they have not already done so. Download RFU Form here..
