1. Check Eligibility Criteria
Qualification : A player is qualified to represent Dorset & Wilts RFU by residing,
or being born, or attending a school or playing club rugby in Dorset or Wilts.
Birth Date : For all squads , players must be under the stated age
at midnight on 31st August, 2011 .
U18s must be under 18 and over 16 at midnight 31st August.

Note Nomination Limits and Return Deadlines in the form
4. Save As to your Computer
5. Complete the Nomination Form
You must assess each player on all the criteria listed for each position
at the bottom of the form.Read the criteria then enter a score between 1 (low)
and 5 (high) in each of the applicable boxes against each candidate
following the example given.A brief written comment is also required.
Save Again
Click on email address given inside the form
Label the subject bar of your email with Age of Squad, and your Club or School
eg: Subject : U15s Bradford on Avon
and Return saved form as attachment by email
Send a separate email and form for each squad

7. Each player to print off and take a completed copy of above signed by parent or guardian
to the first event listed for the relevant age squad at: DWFullMatchDiary. (Click)

All Nominations:
Once your nominations have been acknowledged,nominated players should attend the first trial without invitation .
Only exceptional cases will be considered after the deadline.
Nominators will need to obtain the approval of the head coach of the relevant squad before sending these players to the trial.
