RFU Leadership Academy
John Constable Swanage and Wareham Fixture Secretary and Sally Chittick Weymouth RFC Welfare Officer
have both just completed the RFU leadership academy course.
Both delegates have attended training courses and personal development sessions throughout the season
and have now graduated. hopefully to become Rugby leaders of the future.
Sally, John and all of the other delegates received their awards
at the recent Gloucestershire vs. Devon county match at Gloucester RFC ground
