Please arrive in county tracksuits and t-shirts and ready to train at 12pm .
Playing shirts and shorts are provided, don’t forget your county socks, also shirt and county tie for after match meal.
Please bring an appropriate snack/drinks to have after the training session and before the match.
Match 2 – Oxon vs. Dorset and Wilts. Kick off 14.30 on the ‘Main’ pitch
Changing rooms for Oxon are in the Old Pavilion, D&W are in the Bader Sports Hall, and they are available from 12.00.
§ Do not leave valuables in changing rooms.
§ Warm-up on your designated pitch.
Please no parking on the roads – use the designated parking areas (by the astro pitches). If these fill up, the sports club may have some space.
NO DOGS. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the school grounds. Please ensure this rule is adhered to.
After matches - There are hot meals available in the main Dining Hall (no 15 on the map) over the road on the main site. At the same time there are teas and coffees available for parents. There is a subway for crossing the road and gaining access to the main site. However, there is a memorial tree planting ceremony taking place around 14.30 and we are asked not to use the subway during this period. Use the crossing and the entrance in South Parade.

17.30/18:00pm teams arrive in county tracksuits and t-shirts - available at training session on 13th November for £5 (players should not leave valuables in changing rooms)
Bar and food available for parents in clubhouse. Panini’s – Ham and Cheese - Mozzarella, tomato and basil - tuna melt – at £3.00 ‘Hot Pot of the day’ - £4.50. Fresh ground coffee will be available, as well as West Berks Brewery Real Ales.
Playing shirts and shorts will be provided - don't forget your county socks (for those that went to Stowe)and gum shields

Congratulations a brilliant win against Bucks 27 - 14
Please note the change of dates and venues for training. The squad for the match against Berks will be announced at the training session on the 13th and details re Newbury will be posted over the weekend.
We have arranged for t-shirts for you all, which are to be worn to the next 2 games along with your green/black D&W tracksuits. The t-shirts are being part sponsored, so could you all bring £5 to the next training session.

Sunday 1st November - v Bucks at Stowe School
Please arrive at Stowe School http://www.stowe.co.uk/contact-us/how-to-find-us from 12.30pm.- in your county tracksuits to start warm up at 1pm.
Match will kick off at 2.30pm, shirts, black shorts and socks will be provided, don't forget your gum shield.
White shirt, county/club/school tie etc for after the match, meal will be provided at approx 4.15pm in the school main hall.
Squad list will be posted after Fridays training at Salisbury.

UPDATE - 24TH October 2009
Please note change of venue for next weeks training - the squad for next weeks game v Buckinghamshire will be announced on Friday night.
If you are unable to train and haven't already advised me please do so. You have all confirmed you are available for 1st November - if this has changed please advise asap.
Arrangements for next Sunday will be up dated during the week and the squad confirmed on the web site after the training on Friday.

REMINDER - 20th October 2009
Training this Friday at North Dorset RFC - if you are unable to attend and haven't already advised me please do so asap.
If you haven't confirmed you availablity for the games, please do so or we will assume you are not available to play.
I will have the tracksuits with me if you still require one £20.00 please.

Training this Wednesday 7th October at Salisbury RFC 6pm for 6.30 start. If you are unable to train please contact me.
I also need confirmation of your availability for the games in November – 1st, 16th and 29th and if anyone is unable to make the training evenings that have been booked.
D&W tracksuits will be available this Wednesday at a cost of £20.00 – cheques payable to ‘Dorset & Wilts RFU’ please. No money no tracksuit!!
