The Benefits of Incorporation
In an increasingly litigious age clubs need to consider whether their officers and members are adequately protected.
Nick Dark ,Hon Gen Sec of Dorset &Wilts RFU Ltd, referred to the CB’s recent experience and discussed other factors to consider with Dave Stubley, RFU Funding & Facilities Executive, South West.
The workshop also looked at CASCs and specific issues raised by Clubs in their Health Check.
