Rolling Replacements - Level 9 and 10.
In Cornwall 1 and Cornwall 2 Rolling Replacements will be allowed from now (August 2011). A maximum of 6 replacements can take place, this number includes blood replacements and positional yellow card temporary replacements. Once 6 have been used no more are permitted, even if it means going to uncontested scrums.
This only applies in Cornwall 1 and 2.
