MILEAGE AND SUBSISTANCE
NB. Claims must be submitted on a CRRS form and no later than 2 months after the expense was incurred, if not they will be rejected.
Within County 40p per mile up to 10,000 miles per tax year, 25p per mile thereafter.
Outside County Fuel used plus £20. (only one car can claim)
Subsistence If you travel on a Friday and or Saturday and accommodation is booked then there is no subsistence. If no accommodation is booked then:-
Friday £20 may be claimed.
Saturday Cost of Lodgings (B&B)
There is no allowance for food, as one assumes that you would have fed yourself anyway.
If you feel you have a reason to go outside these, you must contact the treasurer before submitting a claim for a ruling.
