Clubhouse Development Project

This is the last update as the project is now completed.
We are now using the extended 1st Floor of the Clubhouse ,the new Changing Room, the kitchen and the lift.
There is some very minor 'snagging' to complete.
The final cost of the project after VAT reclaim has been £262k.We have received £128k in grants and £115k in soft loans finding the other £19k from Club Building Fund donations past and present.
We have also done some significant upgrades inside and out - carpeting and windows ,new fenced entrance area , balcony , internal and external decoration and training lights.We intend to upgrade the Ladies Toilets once we are confident of affordability.
Our biggest challenge remains paying off the RFF loan via the Double Centurion Club [DCC] . We need to recruit 80 members by February 2007 if we are to repay the loan without impact on our day to day operating finances.
