	Darlington Mowden Park vs Cockermouth 2nd March

	Darlington Select XV 67 - 5 Cockermouth

	Cockermouth traveled to Darlington to play a select combination team of players from Darlington Mowden Park, Tynedale and including several England Internationals. The Wasps played well and competed well up front but DMP's pace in the back division was decisive as they ran in 11 trys. Cockermouth never let their heads drop and responded with a well worked team try, which went through all hands before crossing the white wash. The Northeast regional coach, who watched the game, singled out three Cockermouth players, scrum half Rachel Wedgwood, hooker Fiona McKay and Flanker Emma Sutton, for particular recognition.
