A party of Cockermouth Wasps descended on Edinburgh's Trinity Academicals rugby club (who play in the same colours as Cockermouth) for an intensive 3 day coaching course.
As well as receiving coaching from Gib, Guy, John, Jamie and specialist forwards coaches Lewis and Sink the party got to grips with the 'Scottish' coaching language of 'Dirty Knee', 'Bridge & Blast' and '1 2 3 Squeeze'.
The Important rugby touring activities of sight-seeing and shopping took place including Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Royal Mile, the Castle, Livingston Designer Outlet, the Western General Hospital, Murrayfield & Princes Street.
Despite the hard training a good time was had by all and amazingly they want us to go back & take all our ladies next time.
