A: Clacton Festival!
We are delighted to invite your youth teams to participate in our first youth festival! We are hosting our rugby festival in our classic British seaside town complete with a pier, candy floss and kiss me quick hats!
We are inviting teams from around the UK to compete over 2 days, in addition to the rugby there will be BBQ’s, real ales on tap (adults only obviously!) and a variety of stalls from local companies which will include home made pies and rugby equipment, so you can all enjoy watching great rugby and enjoy some local hospitality, maybe even sample the infamous ‘Clacton Bun’, our BBQ speciality (2 burgers, cheese & bacon!) Yummy!!
We have sourced some local accommodation for your information, but we do ask you to book direct with them if you choose to use them.

Valley Farm Holiday Park, Static Caravan, Bronze 6 person, £161.50 inc insurance (2/3/4 April) just £26.91 each! 400m from Club house)
Highfields Holiday Park, Static Caravan, Bronze £173 inc insurance (2/3/4/ April) £28.83 each! (3km from club house)
These caravans include microwave, gas or electric cooker, min 2 bedrooms and should be pretty comfortable, but you can upgrade to a GOLD caravan for around £220 that’s only £36.66 per person for a little bit of luxury! Check out their website for all info and call them to book!
To get the planning in motion we ask all participating teams to complete the application form and forward the deposit asap to secure your place!
The entrance fee is £20 per age group.
Non-refundable deposit 50% of total due.
