PLEASE NOTE - This system is only for listening to our messages for you. We will not be monitoring the Message System for any messages left for us!

Kenilworth Tournament Sunday 19th, April
Under 7, Under 8, Under 9 and Under 10 teams are playing at the kenilworth Tournament.
Please meet at Athertsone RFC Club promptly between 08:00 and 08:15 for an 08:30 depart. We need to ensure we have all of the players registered who are playing in the tournament at Kenilworth by 9.30. A coach’s briefing will be held at 10.30 am, outside the Registration Point, with games commencing at 11.00 am.
It is very important that if you intend to travel direct to the Kenilworth club that you tell one of the coaches before Sunday and that you meet at the Kenilworth Registration Point before 09:30 otherwise your child will not be registered and will not be allowed to play.
Please contact Nick, Darren or Danny if you are driving their direct.
The coaches will be at Atherstone RFC club at 08:00 to register the players and issue match shirts. Please ensure your children have appropriate clothing for a full day (i.e. dry clothes for after the tournament and waterproof clothes during) as well as black shorts and socks.
Players will have Lunch provided from the BBQ between 12.00 – 2.00pm, via player’s meal tickets that the coach will have. Food will also be available for purchase, however please feel free to take your own as well as plenty of water.
EVERY player will receive a medal, and the winning teams will be awarded a trophy. Presentations will be rolling as each age group finishes their last game.
Kenilworth RFC may be charging an entrance fee per car so please be aware.

COMING FROM LEICESTER & NORTH
M1 then M69 to end and pick up Coventry Eastern Bypass (A46) and follow to end, a large roundabout with A45
take A45 for Birmingham (heading west) and after about 1 mile see exit for A46, Warwick (and Kenilworth)
Head south on A46 and leave on A452 Leamington (second junction)
Take signs for Kenilworth town centre (second exit) and come to large roundabout with a Jet Garage and Office in centre.
Take 3rd exit onto Birches Lane and carry on, KRFC is about 0.5miles on RHS
