This season marks a significant improvement in the facilities available to members as the Club centers more of its activities at Tupton Hall School
At Tupton, training takes place each monday and wednesday evening during the season with sessions starting at 7.00pm.
Full training starts at the school on wednesday 2nd july with the gym available each monday from 7.00pm onwards.
- monday is devoted to general fitness training in the gym
- wednesday is devoted to rugby skills and game training
All players are encouraged to attend with sessions designed to cater for all levels of ability conducted by our coach. All practice sessions include an element of fitness training but mainly comprise individual, group and team skills designed to produce integration between back and forward play.
New players are always welcome so either just turn up and experience one of our sessions for yourself or cotact a Club official for more information.
