Rugby Ready is a new course and at £18 per person represents very good value for money as it provides an inter-action DVD and coaching tips and guidance on the fundamental aspects of the game going into the contact age groups. This course will become a prerequisite for the level one course but would also be a very good course for any-one who is keen to test the waters of coaching or assistant coaching.
The Beyond Level one course takes aspects of the game included in the Level One course and develops them in a manner which will assist with the Level 2 qualification, again the Beyond Level one courses are a prerequisite for the Level two course.

In all cases these courses will only be run providing enough people commit to attend. Therefore please book your place on these as soon as possible.
Training has started back at the club with Thursday nights seeing the Adult squads, Ladies Tag and Youth squads all out from 7:00PM onwards.
