Welcome to Swaffham 1st XV page for 2010 - 2011
On Tuesday 13th July, Swaffham begin pre season training for the season ahead. All players are welcome to these sessions, but those wishing to be considered for first team duty this season will be expected to attend at least every Thursday - with Tuesdays as extra fitness. Captain Louis Gunnell continues for a second season, and any player wishing to join the Club with a view to playing first team rugby should contact him on 07766 204122 . All new players from age 17 upwards are welcome to attend, as the Clubs successful policy of promoting from within the Youth section continues.
Training is at the Club on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30pm involving all players from both 1st and 2nd XVs, plus Youth sides.
