1st4Sport Coach Education courses are nationally recognised coaching awards.
These firstly involve coach education and training followed by both written and practical assessments resulting in an RFU Level 1 Coaching Qualification.
Staffordshire Rugby Union have once again been running a series of RFU Level 1 Coaching courses throughout 2007.
In the past 4 years, over 300 club coaches in Staffordshire have passed their 1st4Sport level 1 course.
The latest course was held at Stafford over the weekend 21/22 July 2007
