Rugby & District RFU holds meetings on a regular basis throughout the Rugby season.
Normally the General Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month starting at 8:00pm at one of the local Rugby Clubs.
Date, Venue and Start Time of the next meeting are agreed at the end of the previous meeting.
The Annual General Meeting is held as the June Meeting and a summer break from meetings normally occurs during July and August.
It has been decided to provide on the Website a reduced set of minutes from each Rugby & District RFU meeting.
These will detail all relevant information and be placed in this area of the Website, as and when they become available.
