| Responsible for managing the safeguarding team - both the RFU staff and the wider team of volunteer CB Safeguarding Managers. Acts as first point of contact in all issues around safeguarding; Case Manager for all referrals to the RFU involving adult on child. |

RFU Referral Management Group (RMG)
The RMG takes representatives from across the RFU and with external, expert advice meets once a month to discuss and make decisions on all matters concerning reported and investigated cases of child protection and poor practice in Rugby Union.The group is a partnership between Safeguarding, Legal, Discipline and RFUW, chaired by Polly Handford, Legal Secretary.
