At roundabout take the 1st exit onto A38 The Parkway
Continue forward onto A38 The Parkway
Leave A38 Parkway at Marsh Mills exit (signposted City Centre, A374)
At roundabout take 3rd exit A374 City Centre
Continue forward onto A374 Embankment Road
Follow right hand fork in road heading for Plymstock
Road turns left into Heles Terrace.
At traffic lights turn left onto A379 Billacombe Road
Continue forward onto A379 and through first set of traffic lights.
Next set of traffic lights continue forward.
At Pomphlett roundabout take 2nd exit
Continue forward on A379 Billacombe Road
At Billacombe roundabout take 2nd exit
Continue forward on A379 Billacombe Road
At Stanborough roundabout take 2nd exit
Continue forward on A379 Billacombe Road
At Elburton roundabout take 3rd exit
Continue along Springfield Road until the traffic lights

Join the A379
At Palegate Cross roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A379 (signposted Plymouth)
Continue forward onto the A379. Entering Churchstow
At Bantham Cross roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A379 (signposted Plymouth)
Continue forward onto the A379
At The Timbers roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A379 (signposted Modbury, Plymouth)
At Harraton Cross continue forward (signposted Plymouth)
Bear right onto the A379.

Continue forward onto the A379 passing Rodgers of Plymouth Limited
Continue forward on the A379 onto Elburton Road - A379

Take right hand lanes to keep forward and ascend (signposted Plymouth) onto The Devon Expressway
Continue forward onto the A38
At Deep Lane branch left (signposted Plympton), then at T-junction turn left onto Deep Lane (signposted Brixton, Yealmpton)
Follow this road as it bears right and through Sherford
At the T junction turn left and continur forward until a T junction
Turn right onto Sherford Road
Continue forward along Sherford Road
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Springfield Road (signposted Elburton, Wembury)
Continue along Springfield Road until the traffic lights
Turn left at the traffic lights into Reservoir Road, which 300 yards later becomes Wembury Road

Bear left onto Tavistock Road - A386
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A386 (signposted Plymouth)

Continue forward onto Tavistock Road - A386.
At Woolwell roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Tavistock Road - A386 (signposted City Centre)
At Derriford Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Tavistock Road - A386 (signposted Crownhill, City Centre)
Continue forward onto Tavistock Road - A386.
Leave the Tavistock Road A386 at the Mannamead slip road.
At the road about take the first exit to join the A38 Parkway

Turn right out of the club gates onto Wembury Road
Turn left into Staddiscombe Road (approximately 20 yards from the club gates)
