League Rules
· All matches will kick off at 2.30 pm. If players are late arriving to a game a maximum period of ten minutes will be allowed by the referee, after which time the game must commence with the players that are present.
· If a team cannot start with a suitably trained front row,i.e. uncontested from the start, 5 points go to the other side. If a front row player is injured or sin binned or sent off and there is no suitable replacement, then uncontested scrums will result, with no affect on the score.
· In the event of a tie the match is drawn
· Divs 3 and 4, i.e. Thursday games, use U19 laws for the scrum.
Cuppers Rules

· In the event of a tie at the end of full time the Winner will be the team who has scored the most tries, then the team with the most tries and goals, then the away team.

Leave a note on your windscreen to explain you are a Referee.
Change under the cricket pavilion (in the center of the Parks).
Brasenose (BNC)
Abingdon Road. 150 yards south of Foley Bridge on left-hand side
Christchurch
Look for a narrow lane on the north side of the athletics track off Iffley Road- immediately after Magdalen College School buildings on the right.
Corpus and Pembroke
White House Road (East off Abingdon Rd (S.E. Park&Ride / Town center)), cross Marlborough Rd, follow track past the barrier over the railway footbridge. Call Michael (the groundsman) on 07967 557903 and he may be able to unlock the barrier for you to drive down to a parking area near the railway footbridge. Be careful where you park otherwise as tickets are issued.
Jesus & Lincoln
Off the Cowley Road up Bartlemas Close on the right-hand side, just after the traffic-calming finishes. For Jesus call the groundsman (07733024625) to open the gate
LMH/Trinity & St Catherines
Off the Marston Road opposite the Driving Centre.
Magdalen
On the Marston Road opposite the government buildings. Next to LMH and St.Catherines
Merton
Off Longwall Street, follow Manor Road to the very end.
New College
St Cross Road, which is a continuation of Longwall Street off the High St. Ask at the porters lodged, just north of the New College signpost for security pole to be lowered. The changing rooms are 70yds on the left hand side.
Oriel
The entrance to the ground is up a lane off the Cowley Road between Bartlemas Rd and Bartlemas Close, i.e.opposite the Bingo hall; the entrance is next/close to the bus stop on the same side of the road.
Queens and University
Abingdon Road, half miles south of Foley Bridge opposite Norries Ave. Look for the University sign and ignore the Queens sign.
St Annes / St. Johns
Look for a sign and narrow gateway almost opposite Lathbury Road on the Woodstock Road
St Hughes and Wadham
Up narrow lane behind Cherwell School on the Marston Ferry Road
St Peters, Hertford, Exeter and OUWRFC
At the bottom of Edgeway Road which is off the Marston Road: close to the Somerset pub. Carry on down the narrow section until white buildings and car park on right. OUWRFC is further down on the right.
Westminster College / Fire Service
Going north up the A34, turn second left after the South Oxford bypass junction. Turn immediately left into Harcourt Hill. Take the last exit on the right hand side and drive up to the car park. The small changing rooms are in the first building on the left hand side. There are no separate facilities for the Ref.
Worcester
Ask at the porters lodge (278300) for security gates to be opened so that you can enter the car park from Walton Street
