At Leamington Rugby Club our aim is to provide both the facilities and atmosphere for young people to enjoy the games of rugby and netball. To encourage fair play, sportsmanship and above all to allow players to grow both their sporting and social skills.
Leamington is to update its own website to incorporate access to this new website that is provided by the RFU.
Playing in Midlands 1 West, the club must move forward on all fronts to retain our new league position after promotion last season
Peter Preece has determined to act as Rugby Chairman and President this coming season. He will be ably aided and abetted by First Team Manager Kit Forrest. No change in the coaching staff with Alan Roberts as the forwards coach and Alex Carroll as the backs coach. Pre-season training has now started and is going well and the pre-season friendlies should help to develop the younger players who have moved up from Colts. Nick Maxwell has taken over as captain.
